Then it went to Rome after the Punic Wars. This then has included by them as one of their regions. In the 5th century AD, the Vandals had a triumph over their region. Same is true with Byzantines during the 6th century and by the Arabs in the 7th century. But the Normans of Sicily during the 12th century with liberation and emancipation have set the inhabitants free. However, King Ferdinand V of Castile took into custody and barred the city of Tripoli in 1510 and he took charged of Jerusalem’s ousted Knights of Saint John by Turkish in 1551. Tripolitania in 1912 became component region of Ottoman Empire despite the fact that the sultan’s power was trifling. As a result different European countries showed aggression to Tripoli such as the Italy-Turkish War in 1911.
As a review, ancient Tripoli or Tripolitania with its citizens in northwestern and northeastern regions did not only regain liberation during the early years from different European countries but Italian independence in Tripoli was also renowned and thereby Tripolitania was untaught.
